Frequently asked questions

I’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions clients ask. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact me. I’m always happy to help and make your cleaning experience simple, comfortable, and stress-free.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, I provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning. If you have specific cleaning products that you would like me to use, feel free to mention it in the walk-through!

I do not use bleach or harsh chemical products. The cleaning products I use are everyday household products that are common, familiar, and effective for maintaining a clean and healthy space.

I also have natural origin products that are high-preformance with naturally derived ingredients. Vegan too! This option is available upon request.

Do I need to be there while you clean?

No, you do not need present while I clean. A lot of my clients provide me with access instructions, and I can clean while you are out. I am insured for your peace of mind.

What if I have pets in my home?

I love pets! Please let me know if you have any pets and if there are any special instructions for them (e.g., keeping them in a specific room). I will ensure their safety and comfort during my visit.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, Christine's Complete Cleaning does not require contracts. I offer flexible scheduling.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule the service?

Life can be unpredictable, and unexpected situations come up. Please provide 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling to allow time for scheduling adjustments.

**Changes made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.**

Do you need to visit the property to provide me with a quote?

Yes, a scheduled walk-through is necessary before providing a quote and booking cleanings. This allows me to accurately assess your space, condition, and specific cleaning needs to provide a personalized and fair price.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my visit?

To help me deliver the best possible clean, I recommend tidying personal belongings, securing valuables and fragile items, and clearing surfaces.

Do you accept tips or gifts?

While tips and gifts are never expected, they are always appreciated. The greatest compliment is your continued support, referrals, and feedback!

Are you registered and insured?

Yes! Christine’s Complete Cleaning is a registered and insured cleaning business, giving you peace of mind knowing you’re hiring a professional.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact me within 2 hours of the completed service and I will gladly return within 24 hours to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.
