A 15-minute arrival window is provided for unexpected delays. If access to the property is not available when I arrive, I will wait up to 20 minutes before leaving and a fee may apply.

I understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, allowing me time to adjust my schedule. Short notice changes may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please ensure accessible parking is available during your scheduled cleaning appointment. If paid parking is required, this is to be discussed in advance and will be added to the final invoice.

I want to ensure every space I enter is safe and comfortable to work in. If I encounter hazardous, unsafe, or unsuitable conditions, I may need to decline service. I will always do my best to recommend another company that can help.

I treat every space and personal belongings with care and respect. To allow me to provide the most detailed cleaning possible, please secure any valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before your appointment. Items left on surfaces may be gently moved as needed to clean, but I cannot be responsible for damage to items that are unstable, damaged, or not safely stored.

I ask that any concerns be reported within 2 hours of service completion. This allows me the opportunity to review and address the issue promptly. I will do my best to return within 24 hours at no additional charge.

I might take photos or videos during your cleaning to showcase my work. The focus is on my cleaning results only and will not include personal information or private details. Please let me know during your walk-through if you prefer no photos or videos while I clean.
